4. I had a conversation with my ex's youngest one day.....

about refilling the ice cube trays. He was notorious for not refilling them or leaving ONE ice cube in them so he had an excuse not to! He said the same thing, that it took too long.

So I got my stopwatch and asked him to time me filling two regular plastic ice cube trays and placing them in the freezer.

Total time? About 45 seconds. When he saw that he kind of sheepishly agreed his argument had no merit.

Same deal with replacing the toilet paper. It amounts to not wanting to do the task more than it does the time it takes.
