Cat 3 and above scares the pants off me.

One word about the generator. We had ours outside and protected from rain during Wilma. However, we didn't think of the surge (though we had parked our cars on high ground.)

When the surge came, here we were trying to wrestle that damn heavy generator up the stairs. Then we had to put it on the couch as the water rose in the living room. That was a nightmare.
