3. Yes, I think cooling her heels in a jail cell for a while might bring some enlightenment.

Perhaps the fact that she put her hand on the Bible and swore to uphold the constitution, as opposed to the other way around, etc. might eventually come to her.

If she can't perform the requirements of the job, then she needs to find another job.
