159. Those who take the bait won't stop. It'll never the same as it resonated with some who won't change

Many of us now post at healthier sites and this is our second, third, fourth or fifth stop. Some removed DU from their bookmarks. I've read posts made to a few Democrats who are told frankly to leave DU in spite of their years here.

There are many sites that have just as many features as DU does and still have moderators. Some are very busy. People have been asking me about them for a few years because they find it unhealthy to indulge the negativity that is now condoned here. I haven't been forthcoming except with a few on alternatives since they won't post here.

Those who relish shredding other people up, will stay, keep bashing Democrats, government and anyone daring to support either. As more seek to have 'fun' or a meaningful use of their time leave, the less positive an experience DU has and will become.

It's not my problem, I no longer see a reason to put in effort here. Half of the replies for my neutral posts are shat upon. So what?
