(13,324 posts)15. I haven't cut it out completely, but I have replaced much of my consumption with fruit juice
and iced tea. The juice may have almost as much sugar, but at least it's not empty calories.

Yes, I will have a Mexican Coke (with cane sugar) out of real glass bottle once a year.
