2. "threaten U.S. interests"

No, Mr. Bolton. Not going to war with those countries may threaten the interests of the big corporations who want to get richer but those countries are not threatening "U.S. interests". What IS threatening OUR interests is unemployment, outsourcing, lack of affordable health care for all, never ending WAR, quality and affordable education for all who want it, a failing infrastructure, cuts to social service/SS/Medicare/Medicaid, fracking, etc.

Although who comprises the United States of America and what their interests are may differ for you and me.
