2. I saw a post earlier where the poster claimed they could tell who was going to shoot people

All as a justification for Conceal Carry.

Just by the way they look they could tell. I guess if they could tell they could then pull out their gun before they suspect shooter pulled theirs and thereby stop them? I don't know!
