On Thursday night, I joined Chris Hayes on MSNBC to talk about the movement that we’re building around the country, and what it means to be a real Democrat with guts:

“People have told me over and over and over again that I’m saying what they’re thinking, what no one else is saying. Those people who say that they are good solid Democrats. They’re champions of justice, equality, and peace.”

So am I — and that’s what we need in the U.S. Senate right now, another leader like Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. They who aren’t afraid to take the fight to Wall Street, and speak truth to power about the important issues we’re facing as a nation. That’s who I am — and that’s the kind of United States Senator I’ll be.
