We saw that happen with a bakery and a pizza place that refused to serve gays. That's why the judge gave her jail time rather than a fine. Although if it were legal I would imagine she could find a "designated prisoner" to take her place in the cell.

Meanwhile, it's great to see her name in the Carter County Detention Center inmate list (page 2).
