4. This is circular reasoning.

Jindal is an ass clown and I could go on for days about my loathing for the attacks against planned parenthood but this is circular reasoning at best. There is a rising epidemic because people infected with a sexually transmitted disease are having unprotected sex. Yes, access to healthcare could potentially reduce new infections but it by no means addresses the behavior which leads to wide spread infections. This article intends to use a logical fallacy to effect change... that change being the continued funding and proliferation of planned parenthood. While I agree with the result, arguments like this leave holes for others to attack which shifts the discussion away from positive change.
