12. calling him "Piyush" when that's not the name he goes by

reminds me of republicans who like to emphasize President Obama's middle name Hussein. It's like a racist dog whistle, as if you need to remind people he's not like the rest of us or something. mind you i despise the man and my thinking about him is generally can he really be as stupid as he seems? but i don't care where he comes from, I'm pretty sure he's an american if a very ugly one, and cheap shots that aim for the lowest common denominator are not my idea of the real american way.
