36. If I had my preferences, and thought it a winnable fight, I'd take "God" out of all legal language

But it's not a winnable fight IMO, and it's not a huge deal either AFAIKS: as long as no religious test is actually imposed, and as long as people aren't forced to use language that offends their consciences, I'm not going to get bent out of shape
