There is a trans woman at my gym and it is a non issue. But none of us (her included) want to share a locker room with men and I am quite sure the men feel the same way lol.

There are no private stalls, and everyone just changes in front of their gym lockers. Wouldn't it be possible to ask Lila to change in one of the stalls in the bathroom (every dressing room has an attached bathroom).
