has been in vogue since Limbaugh started on the air. They usually kept it under wraps until the T-baggery started running statehouses all over this great country of ours.

This is the kind of shit we get when we sit on our hands during off-year elections and surrender power to folks who couldn't pour piss out of a boot if the directions were on the bottom.
