Scream at the kid. Or simply shove them aside. Or step on them as you move past them. Or insult them. Or glare at them every time they glance at you, roll your eyes and say "shut the fuck up little brat". Spill hot coffee on them, or even a cold drink. That helps too. If all else fails, slip them some alcohol in a drink to knock them out.

They will either shy away from you or be incapacitate and voila! A nice flight.
