And why, ironically, there is video of one of them saying how much he 'hates Utube'.

Rather than shape up, they want the evidence destroyed. Which up to now, they were able to do. We need a whole restructuring of the civilian police force in this country. We have an army, we don't need two armies but that is what we now have.
