15. Just curious: Have the fire areas been declared disaster

areas by the US government? Of course they cannot do much about individuals until the fires are stopped but they can help people rebuild or relocate.

The question is do the people really want to rebuild or are they only going to rebuild to see the same thing happen next year again?
