1. Why in the world would you get out of a car looking for trouble? Best to just hope the cop walks off

I know the fella probably thought he was doing the right thing. However, in 2015 America you don't want to have a single thing to do with cops.

And if you DO decide to take your life in your own hands, DON'T have your hands in your pockets. He is lucky the cop didn't yell GUN and shoot him 56 times while calling for back up.
