58. The Stanford Binet and the Wechsler Intelligence Scales max out at 155-160.

Some people extrapolate the figures to get numbers that high, but it's all just guesswork.

(A friend of mine is a psychometrist and she just shakes her head when she hears numbers reported that are higher than this. The numbers of people above that level are so tiny the tests can't define them.)
