4. Baltimore is an amazing city

the architecture and history in that city are layered on thick and deep - look at how pretty the buildings on the run-down street are, you can imagine how nice the parts where they are kept up properly look! If not for its plague of corruption and urban decay, it would be a shining jewel still.
