Just found out from the township that businesses and homes along the Delaware need to remove public access to their boat ramps. They have closed down a sewer project until mid week next week and other roadwork. Will be interesting 295 is a mess because of construction- guess we are now in the "red zone". The more I read the crazier it becomes- I feel bad for those who actually live in the city- must be a nightmare.
