6. I don't think you understand how the FIFA games work.

There is no scaling gameplay. Since the release of FIFA2014, Every single player in the game is modeled on their real life counterpart, and they all have speed, strength, endurance, physicality, aggressiveness, preferred foot and a bazillion other settings. If a player runs quickly, plays aggressively, and kicks hard in real life, their FIFA2016 player will do the same. If a player is slow and doesn't kick hard, their avatar will play similarly. If a player is very accurate with their right foot but can't hit the side of a barn with their left, the game will mimic that behavior as well. It even includes team chemistry settings that allows the level of teamwork in the real team to be modelled in the game...if two players don't get along in real life and never pass the ball to each other, they won't get along in the game either. The player modelling is fairly advanced.

EA simply extended this same system to the women's national teams, and the female players in the game are modeled DIRECTLY on the actual players they're representing. If the women seem "slower" and "don't kick as hard" as the men, it's simply because the women represented in the game DON'T run as fast as men in the typical game, and DON'T kick as hard. EA has sunk a lot of time into making the game as accurate as possible, and the slightly slower play of the women's teams is reflective of that.
