It's not like anyone named "Bush" is likely to be going to a (sniff) community college. So, you, stuff happens. But when the Twin Towers go down, there might be some Ivy Leaguers plunging to their deaths! So, you know, that's reason enough to send a bunch of poor people off to kill and die, especially if it benefits some investors and hedge fund managers.

And you know something? The survivors at Umpqua Community College got free (free!) bus rides to the county fairgrounds. So it worked out very well for them. Why should Jeb! occupy his beautiful mind with anything else?
