You can be married and divorced a dozen times, and still enter into a 13th marriage which is valid in the eyes of the Catholic church - as long as none of prior your marriages were valid in the eyes of the Catholic church (and - as a general rule - no marriage which takes place outside of the Catholic church is valid in its eyes unless you deliberately seek & obtain the blessing of the church for the non-Catholic marriages).
