8. I remember being on usenet discussion groups in the 90s

talking about Dave's liberal leanings. It's one of the reasons I have always loved him more than any other late night host.

And I think he gets funnier and better all around every year.


AND I think having a son is a good part of why he just keeps getting better. He wants there to be something of a decent world left for his kid to use all his inherited money in. (Please note that is not a dig at him for having money. He earned it fair and square and it stands to reason his kid will inherit it. If anything this is pure admiration for a guy who has a lot but still worries about others.)
