24. If England and France forced Hitler to follow arms control laws signed at the ebd of WWI

would there have been a holocaust? You hear historians argue that a lot. Because if they had Hitler would not have been able to do much militarily in Europe. Instead the allies laid off enforcing arms control and well... WWII happened. But hey Ben Carson is entitled to display his full stupid. Ben's argument is popular only in NRA fan fiction forums.
