Media Matters seems to say it is okay because there are more male Chief of Staffs, which is a different issue. As was clearly pointed out (at least, it should have been), they EXACT SAME THING is what is causing the majority of the pay gap in the 23% number everyone was discussing. Sorry, but we can't have our cake and eat it too. If that is our excuse as to why this is BS, then we need to apply that SAME logic and call the 23% number BS.

I still come back to hypocritical politicians who say what they think we want to hear and then do whatever they want.
