103. $1339/Mo? Wish I got that much.

How's about trying to live on $839/Mo. If it weren't for the fact that my partner died while we were building our new house, it would not be paid for by his insurance, and I would be out in the street. And, may still soon be. I am now 4 years behind and the county is telling me they are going to seize my property and sell it for a song to some realtor, just so they can get a mere $11,000. Have had 18.5 ac on the market and only one nibble months ago. A friend of mine the same age was talking with me the other day and he has had his place on a lake on the market for the last two years and not even a nibble. In order to sell, the prices have to be dropped way down to bargain basement pricing where the homeowner gets screwed out of their built-up equity.
