5. Intimidation? Stalking? Harassment?

Let's leave race out of it since it may be irrelevant. The girl has the right to go to school without being harassed, stalked, or intimidated. I don't know if that is what is going on or if it was something innocence - just a boy with a crush. I don't think we should rush to judgement.
