They probably paid big bucks to get a picture taken with him.

He probably also didn't know the ones on the right and left were pornstars. I didn't. the one on the far left is an executive. (medical, not porn)

I also doubt they put 'pornstar' on their table card.

on the other hand, if they didn't pay money, and he knew they were pornstars, my opinion would be the same as yours.
