Gun ownership carries great responsibility and it's not like there was a clear and present danger when this nut decided to go all Annie Oakley in a crowded parking lot. Even though this doesn't go far enough, maybe her gun permit will get revoked as she clearly does not know how to use it safely. In the future maybe she'll just shoot photos of suspected scofflaws instead of bullets.
