The Dems don't do the kind of shit the Repubs do. Even if they tried to indict they'd need cooperation from the GOP. It will never happen.

OTOH, if it was the other way around, the GOP would be willing to indict over a screwed up lunch order. They play a whole different type of ball than we do.
