. . . . . all admitted the Benghazi Committee was a sham to bring down a political opponent, is it possible this was a criminal conspiracy? Not the effort to hurt a rival politically, but the misuse of government funds.

I'm not a lawyer. I don't play one on teevee. But the questions are serious. Was this a criminal conspiracy?
