36. Some of us are so busy looking for intelligent life beyond earth...

... we don't even see it here at home.

If we can't recognize fully sentient and intelligent beings among our own genetic kin on this earth, creatures we share great chunks of DNA genetic code with, then there's no chance in hell we'll recognize intelligent life in the cosmos beyond earth.
