I think the Air Force is letting people know that we have such technology.

Don't fuck with us... look what we have!

Problem is... ISIS and others aren't impressed. Only rational players would be impressed. They've been winning against hi-tech since forever.

I see the Russians are saying they've decapitated and destroyed ISIS. Several times.
