if I am not mistaken the sheriff is black and has a brain.

I know that teacher's colleges have classes that teach how to understand and deal with mental health issues but it does not seem that either the teacher or the administrators in this classroom had any of this training.

Given the condition she had when she walked into that class imagine how she is feeling now.
