apparently regarded their football program as more important than the way their pig of a coach treated the girl he abused. I do reserve the right to be sarcastic about football because it (and other sports) gets way more respect, attention and funding than it deserves. Of course not all football coaches are assholes. At my high school the hockey coach was the asshole.
