34. I understand that if making a right on red you may have to inch out.

After you stop behind the line of course... My attitude is always screw the impatient jerk behind me. If they get upset that I'm not turning fast enough for their taste, well... That's their problem, and they can wait while I make sure it's safe. In both of those examples I put up, neither driver was turning, they were going straight.
