19. Actually I partially credit local media for the truth coming out . They kept on the information from the

coroner who said it was suicide and a lot of editorials since it happened asking what is going on with the case and what is holding up the conclusion for so long
They had published and TV reports on the difference in pension his family would get if the board ruled murder in line of duty vs suicide
Also publishing and TV reporting info about the ongoing investigation of the fox lake police force as a whole
Local stations just preempted and ran the whole conference here
After the conference one commentator said the amount they claimed the big manhunt cost is way off ,basically bs . That the is cost way over what the force is claiming for 400 cops and helicopters in manhunt. I wouldn't say the are trying to hide or protect cops on this one

Of course I guess it depends on what one reads , listens to or watches but even the local Fox station wanted answers and brought up tension between the coroner and police in Fox Lake and how they tried to side step his authority on the case over a month ago
My question would be how is that police force going to play this
