3. I hear of new cars that will have alcohol breath sensors...

I have my doubts about those.

I had a relative who got busted many times for driving drunk, in jail he made his own booze by putting fruit into a plastic bag, and letting it ferment.

The very day he was let out of jail, he went to the nearest bar and got really plowed.

Finally his liver blew up and he died.
Afraid that's the only way to stop a dedicated drunk driver.
