until people who are utterly detached from reality stop being called sane just because they can manage to insert the words "gawd" or "jebus" into whatever powerfully hallucinogenic or delusional rant they spew out.

They called Francis E. Dec, Esq., a looney but he was not one bit crazier than Bachmann or any other fundy:

How is that one bit crazier than anything vomited forth by Carson, Bachmann or any random fundy nutjob?
