The Department of Justice has shown a remarkable incuriosity in policing anything except medical marijuana dispensaries. The people of the state of Florida? They've been quite resilient and accepting of all manner of corruption - I refer you to the stellar reporting of Carl Hiassen for more examples than the bandwidth at DU can accommodate.

Just another sad chapter in a sorry story that has no end. Unless . . .
