21. I voted gas because I use that most, but we do a lot of outdoor cooking and use all fuels

We have a smoker that is very low and slow in which we use hardwood only. Not charcoal. Actual smokey real wood.

We have another smoker that uses charcoal for heat and wood chunks for smoke.

We have a plain old charcoal grill.

The gas grill gets used year round and is treated like any other modern appliance. All the others have some "ritual" involved.
