23. Minimum wage increases have alway been incremental...

Spouting fears of an instantaneous increase to $15 is RW group speak. Most plans I've seen show a 3-5 year span of incremental increases until the target rate is achieved.

Personally I think that the national rate should be around $12/hr, with higher rates in high priced urban areas. That would be now, but indexing for inflation should definitely be addressed, too.
