is the timing.

Because Jeb! is running for president, you'd think this book would have been released after the outcome of his candidacy. After all it's not very flattering to GW, and is a problem for Jeb!

But who knows what else is written that has hidden meaning only to be understood by whomever or somewhere along in history.

Anyway, the timing is curious, and I think Ole Poppy wanted this published before his death, to prove that these are his thoughts and beliefs. HW's family, friends, foes can't say Meecham made up stories or embellished, instead HW is here to authenticate this book.

I think this is an important element.
