area? That might be difficult. For anyone to report anything. In the rest of the world? It seems no problem. Are you wondering if they'd be taken seriously because as Muslims they are suspect?

In an area DAESH controls, I imagine anyone caught reporting on their activities would be in danger of being tortured and or murdered, along with their families.
