There is no way, no how 600 'terrorists' would be gathered in one spot where they could easily be taken out in one strike. That's not how guerrilla warfare works especially in an active warzone like Syria and I doubt ISIS terrorists would agree to meet with that many people in one spot anyway.

So, either Russia just hit a densely populated area and killed hundreds of civilians or they're outright lying and this is a terrible attempt to act macho.
