I trust people here won't be saying "he sold out to 'racism.'" Or trying to primary his next term.

If he wins, it will be a demonstration how capable Dems can be in the Bill Clinton South (states in South he won twice) if you're not "othered," like Edwards woulda been had he been on the side many of our fellow progressives are on with the Syrian refugees.
