what it is like for teachers today, especially with "teaching to the tests". It must be so frustrating. When I was young, I was told that the most important thing education can provide is to teach one to think. That appears to be on the bottom of the priorities list these days. I'm so glad my children are grown, though I worry about my grandchildren.
