56. I hatede LBJ with a Purple Passion for The WAR.

Never, EVER did I think that I would look back at him and realize that he was the most Liberal Democratic president of the last half CENTURY.

There were some BIG problems with LBJ,
but the great thing about that time is that
We were headed in the right direction!
We were moving The Ball in the right direction,
and after LBJ,s Administration,
we had achieved great Democratic Party accomplishments with Medicare, the Civil Rights Act,
and the Great Society.

Now....not so much.
We are slipping farther and farther to The Right.
